Yes, we love welcoming your four-legged friends. Guests are welcome to bring up to two pets per room, each with a maximum weight of 40 pounds. A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay applies.
Hotel Ivy provides several convenient parking options. Valet parking is available at a daily rate of $56, and off-site parking is located just 0.1 miles away at the Leamington parking facility. We also offer Level 1 electric car charging stations for guests who bring their own charging cords.

At Breva, walk-ins are always welcome, but we recommend making a reservation to make sure your table is ready when you are.
At Masa & Agave, reservations are accepted on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. On Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, from 8:00 pm onward, seating is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Breva is the perfect spot to start or end your night out. We’re moments from the Convention Center and Orchestra Hall and just a short drive to the city’s theaters and sports stadiums.

Anda Spa’s fitness center offers everything you need for a comprehensive wellness experience, including Technogym cardiovascular equipment, Peloton bikes, weight training equipment, Concept 2 rowers, and ski ergs.
Life happens—we understand. Please cancel individual appointments at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the full-service fee. For groups or packages with three or more services, we ask for 48 hours’ notice. Larger groups of five or more need a week’s notice. A credit card is required for booking.
To ease into relaxation, we suggest arriving 30 minutes early. Take your time enjoying the lounges, saunas, and steam rooms before your treatment begins.
Please shower before treatments and silence your devices. Quiet and tranquillity are part of the experience, so kindly respect the peaceful atmosphere.
If you’ve booked a massage, facial, or body treatment, the spa amenities are yours to enjoy. Not booked in for a service? Hotel Ivy guests can access the facilities by scheduling a Gemstone Journey.
Anda Spa provides bathrobes, slippers, and disposables. Please bring a swimsuit if you’d like to relax in the Quartz Spa.
A 20% service charge and a 3% facility fee are added to your total. A portion goes to your therapist, while the rest helps us maintain our serene space. Additional gratuities are always at your discretion.
Yes, guests must be 16 or older to enjoy the spa and fitness areas. Nail services are available for all ages, but massages, facials, and body treatments are reserved for those 16 and up. Fitness classes are for guests 18 and older.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other guests. The full-service fee will still apply.
